Performance Tracking: Monitor ad performance, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable insights.

Budget Management: Manage ad spend efficiently to maximize impact and meet KPIs.

A/B Testing: Test different ad formats, visuals, and messaging to improve performance.

Trend Awareness: Stay updated on platform updates, trends, and algorithm changes.

Reporting: Provide regular performance reports with clear insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in managing paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of ad targeting, audience segmentation, and campaign optimization.
- Proficiency in ad platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Analytics).
- Creative mindset with the ability to collaborate on ad visuals and messaging.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to manage budgets and deliver cost-efficient results.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
