Key Responsibilities:

Content Coordination: Collaborate with content creators and influencers to create engaging TikTok Shop videos.

Campaign Management: Plan and execute TikTok-exclusive promotions, discounts, and campaigns.

Inventory Monitoring: Work closely with the supply team to ensure stock availability and prevent overselling.

Performance Tracking: Analyze shop performance data and provide regular reports with actionable insights.

Customer Interaction: Oversee customer inquiries, order tracking, and issue resolution via TikTok Shop.

Stay Updated: Keep up with TikTok trends, shop updates, and algorithm changes to optimize performance.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience managing a TikTok Shop or similar e-commerce platform.
- Strong understanding of TikTok trends, user behavior, and social commerce strategies.
- Ability to analyze data and optimize content and product listings accordingly.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Creative mindset with a passion for digital sales and e-commerce growth.
- Familiarity with TikTok analytics tools and reporting.
