Love this scent. It has a tobacco smell which is subtle. I add a flower scent and it reminds me of my dad. His after shave and that he had smoked a cigarette.

32/10 Such a beautiful, rich, lusty rose. folks say this is a Halfeti dupe, but I cannot attest to that... It does remind me strongly of one of my favorite fragrances, Marquis de Sade by Etat Libré d'Orange, but that parfum only has the singular note of cistus aka rockrose. Nevertheless this oil has all the rose features I love from Marquis de Sade, absolutely dark and mysterious, fleshy, as if a rose had the body of a dark ripe plum. The powdery smoke on top of this adds another smolder of sin. Geeze, what a perfect oil I found too late, now I have to buy all the bottles!

This oil is perfection. I love Halfeti and this, this is close! The cypress and saffron hit you really hard in the first minute but after that you start to get the woods and the rose and leather. Was definitely a successfully blind buy for me!
Unfortunately, one drop of Dark Mysterious Rose felt like a sensory assault. It gave me an instant headache. Very disappointing. I understand why this scent is being discontinued. It's dreadful. I'm afraid to try another scent, because if they are this strong I'm turned off. I have already lost money on shipping this back, so nevermind.
