Disappointing Experience After Being a Loyal Customer
I have been ordering this perfume oil since April 2025 and had always been satisfied until my most recent purchase. In early November, I placed an order totaling $194. I shared two bottles with family and friends and kept the rest, as I was still finishing a previous bottle from August.
About a month later, my family members told me the scent smelled nothing like what they were used to smelling on me. It was completely different and very unpleasant. When I checked the bottles I kept, they smelled just as bad. I purchased a pack of six bottles (three 50 ml and three 30 ml) along with two additional premium bottles, and every single one had the same awful smell. It seemed as though only the base oil was used, and the fragrance itself was missing.
I contacted customer service and provided my order number as requested. The only resolution offered was a 50% discount on a future order, which I felt was unfair since this was clearly a production error, not a return by choice. I explained that I had been a loyal customer since April and had never complained before. Despite this, no replacement or refund was offered. I even proposed paying for return shipping so they could verify the issue, but I never received a response.
This experience was very disappointing and not how a returning customer should be treated. I lost money on six bottles in a pack and two additional bottles. Buyers should be cautious, as there appears to be little accountability when defective products are sent out.
